Work with Latvian clients is done remotely with on-site visits; contracts and invoicing stay within the EU, and we communicate in English, Russian, Estonian or Latvian.
No. We deploy the system on servers the client controls, so there is no monthly fee per workstation. You pay for development and implementation, and after that only for support under an agreement, if you want it. This is the key difference from subscription-based boxed ERP, where the invoice grows with your headcount.
The cost depends on how many processes need to be covered, the amount of customisation and the scope of data migration. We do not quote a figure before understanding the task: after a free kick-off call and a discovery phase you receive a stage-by-stage quote showing exactly what you are paying for. Implementation can be phased, starting with a single area such as the warehouse or production.
Discovery and solution design take 2–4 weeks. The first working module covering one area is usually live within 6–10 weeks. A full implementation including production, MRP and accounting takes 3 to 9 months depending on scale. We deliberately deliver in stages so the business benefits before the whole project is complete.
A boxed system makes you rebuild your processes around it and charges a monthly fee per user. We do the opposite: we adapt the system to how the company already works and deploy it on the client's infrastructure with no per-seat subscription. The second difference is that we are an engineering company and can connect the ERP to production equipment, which ordinary business-software integrators do not do.
Yes, and this is our core specialisation. Neiron Technology also builds industrial automation — PLCs, SCADA, our own FlexHMI and Neuron S1 data gateways, Modbus RTU/TCP and OPC UA protocols. Output, downtime, material consumption and meter readings therefore reach the ERP automatically instead of being copied by hand from logbooks.
Yes. Data migration is a distinct project stage: items, counterparties, stock balances, transaction history and open documents are transferred to the new system, and the accuracy of the transfer is verified against the source database. During the transition the old system remains available in read-only mode so accounting can look up any past transaction.
Data is hosted on servers within the European Union, and the client controls exactly where. That simplifies GDPR compliance: personal data of employees and customers does not leave for a third-party cloud outside the EU, access is role-based, and backups and access logs are configured to match your security policy.
We do: updates, fixes, new functionality as requirements change, and training for new staff. Terms and response times are set out in a service agreement. The client is never left alone with the system, and is not locked in either — the solution runs on their own infrastructure and the project materials are handed over with it.
