Our competitive advantages
Integrated approach
Water chemistry + SCADA dispatching in one project — one partner, one contract, seamless integration.
EU company, EU standards
Estonia-registered — full compliance with EN 12952, EN 12953, EU industrial safety directives. VAT-registered, transparent contracting.
Payback under 3 months
Dispatching systems pay back in under 3 months through staff optimisation and energy savings exceeding 25%.
IMWTP — proven technology
Systematic, fully documented IMWTP methodology delivering compliant water chemistry on every project.
24/7 monitoring
Continuous automated monitoring with instant SMS/email alerts. 2-hour response to critical alarms under maintenance contract.
End-to-end delivery
From site survey to design, installation, commissioning, training and long-term maintenance — full project lifecycle.
Chemical water treatment technologies
Full-spectrum water chemistry for industrial boilers, steam generators, heating networks, and heat exchangers — based on the IMWTP methodology with automated dosing and online monitoring.
Ion-exchange softening
Removal of Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺ via Na-cation resins. Prevents scale, reduces energy use by up to 25%. Auto-brine regeneration, flows 0.5–100 m³/h.
Chemical deaeration
Removal of dissolved O₂ and CO₂ using reducing agents — without thermal deaerators. Achieves O₂ <10 µg/L per EN 12952 / EN 12953.
Corrosion inhibition
Complex inhibitors forming a protective film on metal surfaces. Effective for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
pH correction
Neutralisation of free CO₂ and alkalinity adjustment to pH 8.5–10.5. Prevents acidic corrosion and carbonate scale.
Anti-scale treatment
Phosphonate and polymer anti-scalants prevent CaCO₃, CaSO₄, SiO₂ — maintaining year-round heat-transfer efficiency.
IMWTP system
Integrated Modern Water Treatment Process — all stages combined with automated dosing, online monitoring of O₂, pH, conductivity.
Chemical deaeration technology
Dissolved oxygen is the primary cause of corrosion damage in boiler systems. Chemical deaeration eliminates O₂ and CO₂ without costly thermal equipment.
Water analysis
Determination of dissolved O₂, CO₂, pH, hardness, and alkalinity. Basis for reagent selection and dosing rate.
Oxygen scavenger dosing
Precise injection of Na₂SO₃, DEHA, or erythorbate. Reduces O₂ to <10 µg/L as required by EN 12952 and EN 12953.
CO₂ neutralisation
Free CO₂ neutralised by NaOH, ammonia, or organic amines. Raises pH, eliminates carbonic acid corrosion of condensate pipes.
Complex inhibitor dosing
Advantage K350B and similar protect hot-water boilers and heat networks simultaneously against corrosion and scale.
Online monitoring & SCADA
Continuous O₂, pH, conductivity measurement with automatic dosing adjustment via PLC and remote alarm notification.
Why chemical deaeration?
No thermal deaerator needed
Eliminates costly thermal columns and vacuum vessels.
Works at any water temperature
Ideal for hot-water boilers where water never reaches 100°C.
Minimal capex
Only a dosing pump + reagent tank. Costs are a fraction of thermal systems.
Backup when deaerators fail
Instantly restores compliant O₂ levels when existing deaerators malfunction.
EN standards compliant
Achieves O₂ <10 µg/L as required by EN 12952 and EN 12953.

Dispatching & automation of boiler rooms
Remote monitoring & control — 24/7, any device
We design, supply and commission PLC/SCADA dispatching systems for boiler rooms, heat networks, and water treatment plants — enabling fully automated unattended operation with real-time remote access via Internet, GSM, or GPRS.

FlexHMI — Universal Data Gateway
A hardware-software complex with built-in SCADA system for data collection, visualisation and control. Collects data from process automation devices via standard industrial protocols, supports script logic — enabling complex control without a separate PLC.

Neurolink M1 — Industrial Caching Gateway
Industrial caching gateway for Neurolink TCP/RTU protocol. Acts as a standalone server — periodically reads registers from RS-485 devices and caches them, dramatically speeding up data collection in systems with many slow-connection devices.

ModbusTCP GPS Tracker + NTP Server
Multifunctional device combining GPS tracking of object position and movement in real time with NTP server for precise time synchronisation across all devices on the network. Integrates via ModbusTCP protocol for seamless interaction with automation systems.

Phalaenopsis.Pro Neuron S1 — I/O Module
Industrial distributed I/O module for discrete signal collection, 1Wire temperature sensors and load control. DIN-rail mount (35mm). 8 discrete inputs (with counter function) + 8 relay outputs. 2×Ethernet ports in bridge mode — installs anywhere in existing infrastructure.

KVEP-16 — Measurement & Computing Controller
Based on a modern dual-core processor with 16-channel high-speed ADC. Controls three-phase electrical parameters (current, voltage, power) on both high and low voltage sides in real time. Specifically designed for arc furnace electrode current monitoring and complex power measurements.

Network topology — Neuron S1 chain
Multiple Neuron S1 modules connect in a chain via their built-in 2-port Ethernet bridge — no additional switches required. The chain connects to a router for upstream network access, and can share infrastructure with CCTV cameras and other devices.
Each module: 2×Ethernet ports (bridge mode), 100 Mbit/s, cable length up to 100m per port.
